Surákku hiBuritsán, Scholar-Priest of Belkhánu

Character History and Notes:

Clan of Sea Blue; priest of Belkhanu; born in Khirgar; 1 younger sister; studied in Bey Su. He is fairly wealthy, having a yearly allowance of 1600 Kaitars. He has a gift with languages and foreign cultures. His scholarly interests include sorcery and history. He is fascinated by the devices of the ancients. He went on a trading expedition to Livyanu for his clan. In an incident over a woman, a Mu'ugalavyani officer captured Surakku and sold him into slavery in Mu'ugalavya. After a few months, he managed to contact the Tsolyani legate and gained his freedom. Surakku now is a scholar-priest in the Temple of Belkhanu in Khirgar.
